Care is a 6 bedded home for people with moderate learning disabilities
situated in an extremely attractive part of the seaside town of New
Romney.Beech Care is a well established home providing ground floor accommodation. Since opening it has forged strong links within the very supportive community within which its service users have become valued members. The house itself has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard with the service users being encouraged to personalise their living spaces. It is close to the large town of Folkestone which has excellent transport links. The home is in a quiet residential area well away from any busy thoroughfares within 5 minutes walk of a beautiful sandy beach and shallow bay area. 
It has a secluded garden with wheelchair access where clients can
enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.As the service users are generally more mature in age and do not challenge the environment, the emphasis of the home is on supporting the service users through all areas of their self-help, socialisation & psychological needs. The service users enjoy varied house activities and visit a local Pop-in club regularly. New Romney New Romney is a tranquil seaside town in a beautiful part of Kent. The home has enjoyed a great deal of support within the town and the service users benefit from visiting the multitude of facilities on offer. The house itself has been re-commissioned to an extremely high standard with large gardens and separate educational/vocational premises on site. The home is within five minutes walk of the surrounding Kent coastline and is close to the large town of Folkestone with good bus & rail links. Beech Care supports the philosophy of rights with responsibility and supports its service users in all the aspects of their development whilst working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. The emphasis is on development to become accepted & valued members of the local community. This is achieved by offering the service users empathetic care within a homely atmosphere.
